Delivery areas
RAFFIER TRANS CONTENEURS arranges delivery of containers, mobile homes and modular buildings in France, throughout Europe and, subject to quotation, to other countries.
Timescale
The indicative delivery time is 7 to 14 days after order approval, receipt of the deposit and confirmation of site access. A different time may be stated in the quotation depending on the product, destination, permits and services.
Costs
Costs depend on destination, dimensions, weight, vehicle, lifting equipment and access. The amount is provided before final confirmation. Installation is included only when expressly stated in the quotation.
Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide the correct address, disclose access restrictions and ensure that the site is accessible, stable, level and suitable. Permits, foundations and utility connections are the customer’s responsibility unless included in the quotation.
Inspection on delivery
The product must be inspected with the carrier present. Any visible damage, shortage or irregularity must be described precisely on the transport document and reported immediately with photographs.
Delays
The customer will be informed of any event likely to affect the timescale. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable. Documented additional costs caused by inaccurate information, inaccessible premises or customer absence may be charged.
