Cancellation and returns
28-day period
A consumer entering an eligible distance contract has 28 days from receipt to notify cancellation without giving a reason.
How to cancel
Email a clear statement to infos@raffier-transconteneurs.com with your name, address, order number, product and dates. Template: “I hereby cancel the contract for [product], ordered on [date] and received on [date].”
Exceptions
The right does not apply, among other statutory cases, to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Return and costs
Because the products are large and heavy, contact us before returning. Unless agreed otherwise or the product is non-conforming, the consumer bears specialised return transport costs. The product must be complete and protected. Address after authorisation: Port 5358, Voie des Sarcelles, 76430 Sandouville, France.
Refund
Refunds follow statutory deadlines and may wait until the goods are recovered or proof of dispatch is received. For damage or non-conformity, send a description and photographs before returning anything.
