Terms and conditions of sale
Version: September 2026.
1. Seller
These terms govern sales by RAFFIER TRANS CONTENEURS (R.T.C.), French SARL with €120,000 capital, 829 648 484 RCS Le Havre, Port 5358, Voie des Sarcelles, 76430 Sandouville, to consumers and businesses. Consumer rules apply only to consumers.
2. Products
Key features, new or used condition, dimensions, equipment and known defects are stated in the listing or quotation. The quotation and order confirmation prevail over illustrative photographs.
3. Order and payment
An order becomes binding after acceptance and receipt of a 30% deposit. Prices are in euros and state applicable VAT. Transport, lifting, installation, foundations and connections are charged separately unless stated otherwise. The balance is paid by bank transfer under the quotation and, unless agreed otherwise, before dispatch or delivery.
4. Delivery
The indicative time is 7 to 14 days, unless the quotation states another period. The customer must ensure access, a suitable site and required permits.
5. Consumer cancellation
For eligible distance contracts, consumers have 28 days after receipt to notify cancellation. This may not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Direct specialised return costs are borne by the consumer unless agreed otherwise or the goods are non-conforming. Refunds follow statutory deadlines.
6. Warranties
Statutory conformity and hidden-defect warranties apply, including to used goods. In addition, a 12-month commercial warranty covers new and used products for structure, watertightness and supplied equipment under normal use.
Excluded are normal wear, poor maintenance, accepted defects, unauthorised changes, third-party installation, unsuitable ground or connections, customer-arranged transport, frost, damp, weather damage and abnormal use. The commercial warranty never limits statutory rights.
7. Claims

8. Mediation and law
After a prior written complaint, consumers may contact Avenir Conso free of charge, 11 place de l'Église, 33490 Saint-Macaire – www.avenir-conso.com. French law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
